I had a pleasant stay at Vaya in Austria. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's ski room was the best I've seen in Austria, making it easy to store and access my ski equipment. The kids' playground was also a bonus, although it did get crowded at times. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The food options were quite heavy, with lots of meat dishes that weren't to our preference. the parking situation was a bit inconvenient, with limited space close to the hotel.

We also enjoyed exploring the nearby coffee shop and sport shops.
The internet connection was spotty and required frequent logins.

We also appreciated the proximity to various service shops and commercial services, making it convenient for us to purchase anything we needed. Furthermore, the hotel had a ski pass vendor on site, which made it incredibly convenient for us to get our passes and hit the slopes right away. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ensuring that our needs were met. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center that offered a range of treatments and facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room.
